I see that the principle of "caveat emptor" is alive and well!!And as it should be, that is the principle when buying real estate in NY State. It's up to the buyer to research these things, not up to the seller to say, "Hey, do you know that those metal lines across the street with wooden beams conencting them are called RR Tracks". |
