Whom is Chipper 10?There certainly was an "Option III" under consideration before Option II was finalized. Had they been undertaken as originally proposed the final tally on the R-160 order would have been 1,900. Advice of that proposal came from several sources within the MTA over the second half of 2008. MTA finally expanded the second option a wee bit and finalized it in November. If you'll recall the original order as placed in 2002 was expected to top out at 1,700 with all options undertaken. The actual grand total will be 1,762.
