Posted by TransitChuckG on Fri Jul 3 11:19:43 2009 Look for massive disruptions to service as a starter.SEPTA has committed to laying track on Frankford Ave.to Delaware Ave. to short turn the 15 during this mess.A full service off street loop will be constructed for opertator conveniences. What will happen to the rest of 15 to the north after that,I don't see,they just mention a re-routing on the realigned Richmond St. Some interesting maps in the link below. 95-Revive |
