Wait a minute, I rode an R-42 "E" train on this morning's (7/2/2009) AM rush hour, and which I boarded at Roosevelt Avenue toward Chambers Street-WTC. I might add that there were delays on the IND 8th Avenue line on the SB side around 23rd Street and West 4th Street, with track workers checking each of those areas.-William A.
