The only problem is that since NJT refuses to staff the trains properly, and you cannot see into those cars, they feel "safer" if the PEI works. In case of a fight, medical emergency, etc.Their only use is still when passengers get locked in the bathroom, right? Mainly, but it also has been used by people standing by the quarter point doors at low level platforms because the PA was too low and muffled, or they weren't paying attention to the announcements and they were about to miss their stop. |
