Of course, sane people will say that the trains will be dead empty entering Manhattan. BUT, for people taking the Bee-Line down from Westchester County, this will make their commutes faster, AND it'll make a few trains emptier entering Manhattan, which could help with some of the crowding at 125 Street and 86 Street.Bingo!!!!! Line Mangers program in effect,rigth there... |
