OK call me a paranoid lawyer, but what does "as long as all safety and security procedures are followed." It's the word "security" I'm focusing on. Sounds like they've reserved a pretty big loophole for themselves, no? Taking "any indicated corrective measures" also includes taking none if there aren't any "indicated." How do you think NJT will interpret that phrase? I assume NJT has set security procedures in place. Such as, if suspicious behavior is noted, NJT police should be called to investigate. So to me, the email is saying that they reserve the right to investigate anyone taking photos. I personally have no problem with that, as long as such investigations of railfans take about 3 minutes and end with the railfan not being told that he has to stop what he is doing. Take Pride,
