OK call me a paranoid lawyer, but what does "as long as all safety and security procedures are followed."It's the word "security" I'm focusing on. Sounds like they've reserved a pretty big loophole for themselves, no? Taking "any indicated corrective measures" also includes taking none if there aren't any "indicated." How do you think NJT will interpret that phrase? |
