Posted by trainsarefun on Sun Apr 12 14:21:41 2009 On the usual Flushing-bound track on the upgrade toward Vernon-Jackson Avs station, for years now there is a spot where the train abruptly seems to jog right-left. You can definitely feel it, even though speeds are always low (around 18-25 mph). I imagine that this is because the tracks jog too. But why is that? |
