It wasn't meant to be a an analogy to restoring Wading River service, but rather that MNCR has been more effective at improving service to 'the far reaches' in a way that LIRR hasn't.If MN were running Metropolitans on the Putnam Division, then that might be more of a parallel . . . Perhaps. |
