Well, if they can get the money, why should anyone object?Moreover, anyone who wants to spend his own money doing it or sets up a tax-exempt charity and gets donations for it, is welcome to go ahead as far as I'm concerned. The railroad would be willing to take his/her money and improve the crossing. |
