Da ... pravda. :(FWIW though if some photogs talk to an attorney who ISN'T looking for a personal piece of the action, Article 78 proceedings are a wonderful way of getting an agency's bowels moving promptly. They're SUMMARY reviews, no pesky jury sittings, only evidence required is simple (and the irony, you guys will like) ... "in camera" before a judge. :) |
