If the cops understand that in some cases, railbuffs are "mouthing off" because they don't have the skills to be diplomatic (they have a disability), the cops can handle things a little differently.Making an arrest involves paperwork, trasportation, creating a court date, etc. I want the cops spending their time on real perps, not railbuffs snapping pictures. " Everyone has their little quirks. One just need to plan ahead and prepare a good response for the police when questioned. Police officers rather be in the field than filling out paper work. The one exception is when a shift is almost over. You are more likely to be taken in because the officer will get overtime. If you fail to plan, you plan to fail |
