"challenging a cop's authority does NOT constitute disorderly conduct"Try getting speaky minded to an officer if you are involved in a traffic stop and see what you get charged with!!! Making a scene, and basically escalating an already tense situation by trading words with the cops and making smart alec comments definitely DOES constitute disorderly conduct when they are asking you to leave or move on, is grounds for citation and possibly arrest. |
