The cops are supposed to have thicker skins than that. What I don't get, is that they went through all that nonsense, dragging him down to the precinct in handcuffs, etc, and still, he goes home, pics and all, which is why the whole thing started!

Yup, the NYPD and MTA need to get hauled into court on this one, in a very public way. This is really starting to get out of hand.

BTW, the reason he got arrested in the first place is "Contempt Of Cop", which I have described in other posts. Essentially, it means if you give a cop any "back talk", ask why you were stopped, or ask for a shield number, you WILL get charged with disorderly conduct. Sad but true.

Still waiting to see a SCA-type from Ronkonkoma get pulled off a train, get checked for warrants, and ticketed for walking between the cars...see it daily, sometimes right in front of the uniforms. Nothing happens. But back home, at Jamaica Center, well, that's another story...I've even seen photography discouraged there...
