Based on personal experience, the boys at work like the older pictures most of all. Y'know, pictures from the 50s, 60s, 70s, etc. Nothing wakes up a dead crew room like a picture of a freshly delivered R-40 with blue stripe and huge roll sign. They don't care much for current pictures...they work it every day.

I personally like the page that has all the black and white photos of life in the olden days, though not necessarily transit related.
