Hello Steve (T-RAT)

Yes, Steve, I was (and your point being ?) also quite aware of that move and saw it also....as I was staying in a residence on Anderson Avenue at 163rd for July & August that summer and was almost daily hanging around and randomly photographing the PUTNAM, NYCRR MU's and POLO Line and infastructure regularly. And after it closed and was abandoned with the Bridge abandoned in fully OPEN (to river traffic) position.

Nate and I didnt know of, nor, each other back then, but possibly unwittingly may have passed each other both unknowingly and unaware, remotely, at times - in, near, the shuttle vicinity area and neighborhood streets and shopping areas (161st to 167th streets...Sedgwick to Grand Concourse. Only in NY City...heh ! He lived over on,ornear, E. 167th street near the Jerome Ave. EL and the Loew's Theatre one of my uncles co-managed there then as a relief manager. (Saw a lot of free movies in there too, heh ) My uncle had his own Loew's theatre in Upper East side Manhattan. GREAT civilized years they were back then...for me, him, the Bronx....

Joe
