If the engineer chose to message the railfan while operating, on his own choice, what wrong did the railfan commit?? He didn't ask the engineer to unsafely disregard his duty to bullshit on a cell with texts. If the fan was bugging him excessively wanting to know where and when his train and others pass thru, that's a whole other story. I don't think Metrolink will be railfan unfriendly. Besides, their time and energies will be more directed towards the great many lawsuits sure to be coming their way!! I hope they have a huge bank account and an exceptional legal team!! |
