No. That is your opinion of what signal system should be used. It may not be cost-effective.The agency accepted blame for the conduct of its employee. That's all there is to it. Whether or not the railroad should adopt what you think is the appropriate signaling system depends on whether or not it is cost-effective and what kind of budget the agency has for acquiring such a system. Perhaps this accident will spur government to appropriate such funds. Your post demonstrates, once again, the difference between a foamer and a professional. |
