The A&S might come back as an alternate route if the SVM comes about and locals don't turn it into a trail.This idea received an immediate rejection by Conrail, then by NS, along with the NIMBY crowd along the now closed A&S. Consider that idea as dead as SVM. Nice report & photos, Mike. Did you hike the Lofty tunnel yet? |
