I wouldn't call it stripped down, its basically the same as it was back in PRR days except for the A&S branch. The A&S was a victim of changing freight patterns after Amtrak took over the NEC. The A&S might come back as an alternate route if the SVM comes about and locals don't turn it into a trail. |
