Nova bus is a divsion of volvo, so i guess that volvo makes the engine lol.

Orion buses are built in canada.

Yes the Hybrid buses break down often. There a piece of crap they can't even handle streets in SI. There nicknamed "tissueboxes" by B/O's and have crappy handling. Esp the ones at Queens Village depot there a driver's nightmare. The 6XXX hyshits are the worst.

And yes of couse MCI is still in business!! The MTA is currently getting new buses from them right now.
