All that the MTA would have to do, if and when the day comes that they are promoting the construction of an El, is to offer members of a community a free field trip to watch and listen to the JFK AirTrain, with a free boxed lunch.That could convince enough Bronx residents to build a new trunk line over the Cross-Bronx or Bruckner Expressways but not over a commercial and residential street. |
