And who ever describes the "F" train as the "F Line"? Secondly, the raised letter "F" on a circular background does not really resemble the MTA's bullet. In another copyright case, it was determined that "numbers" could not be copyrighted, it might have had something to due with Boeing and their 7*7 planes. Does every "Subway Sandwich Shop" pay a royalty to the MTA for their reproductions of subway maps? What actual MTA items that he purchased are on display? Certainly, you don't sign an agreement that you can't use their surplus items commercially? |
