How is he stealing intellectual property? His F logo doesn't look very much like the MTA F logo. The courts usually rule that the imitation has to be pretty close when it comes to trademarks.Have they sued the musical Avenue Q? No, and probably for the same reason - it's not a close enough appropriation of the logo to count. |
