Well, it will be up to a judge. If the judge rules in his favor, the guy can keep his sign.In an ideal world that would be true - but the MTA has deep pockets and can afford to tie the small bagel shop up in court for years and even drive them out of business in the process. What concerns me even more is the attitude of the MTA with respect to the memorabilia. Does this apply to Redbird memorabilia only? What about pre-1940 BMT memorabilia? The MTA is going too far here! |
