No The NJT train was comming up on a stop signal and at a speed below 15 mph went trough the red signal , no cab signal system would have helped as both the NJT and MNCR systems do not have positive stop function only a function to get speed below set levels.The train was coasting at 13 mph but engineer fell asleep or may have has a diabetic problem. |
