I doubt that tickets like that would show up on a background check, especially if he fights it and wins. My "unruly conduct" ticket that was dismissed has never shown up on any of my background checks (knock on wood). Or hell, maybe it has and no one said anything. Who the hell knows what shows up on your background check anyway? |
