You cannot deck a cop under any circumstance.OTOH he is not permitted to touch you or your property without first arresting you. Tampering with the drives would be destroying evidence. You might want to point that out to him, but he may belt you in the head with his nightstick. Of course then you could sue the city for a Million Dollars. ROARING |
