Even if Bob had traveled all the way to Michigan City, he would have never seen the "new" NICTD bi level carsAll I heard was that they were being procured. I didn't hear about them receiving any. When I said "will be running in the road", I was postulating into the future, don't worry about that. The NICTD cars are expected to run only as six car trains between Gary and Chicago Hmm. Don't understand that restriction. They allowed gallery cars all the way to South Bend, back when they borrowed Metra diesels. I kinda like the look of the Nippon Sharyo EMUs, personally.  |
