At City Hall, you have to clean out the train, and crawl slowly into a relay track.By cleaning out the train at Canal to go into City Hall, you lose time making sure passengers are off, AND plug the road behind you. At Whitehall, you don't have to worry about passengers on the train, or a train waiting behind you. |
