Simple...Most cases..folks only care about what affect THEM..not others...[see Error for a prime example of this..] It doesn't matter if the line has riders in BROOKLYN that need it just as bad as the Queens Blvd riders do... Start short turning trains at Whitehall...what gonna happen to the folks the want 4th avenue local stations?It bad enough that the headways suck as bad as the do as it is...but short turning train IN MANHATTAN sends the WRONG MESSAGE TO RIDERS. |
