You must have a bit of seniority to run those lines. Maybe i am wrong, just my guess, cause i consider those to be nice lines.T/Os with high seniority tend to pick jobs that's convenient for them, easier to work and get their weekends and holidays off. While it may be far from what a railfan considers an ideal pick, I was told the rush hour M run to Bay Parkway is a high seniority job. One and a half or two round trips, weekdays only. I heard the old rush-only C/CC BPB to Rock Park was a high seniority job too. |
