By the way, speakeing of sealed cabs, do the Comet 5 cars on NJT allow the engineer to open his window? It looked sealed, as it also lacks a door.I think that maybe lack of a door on the cab side of the car may be traced back to a fatal collision near Harmon Cove involving an Arrow II cab car. others can no doubt fill in the details, unless this is only speculation on my part. |
