Its a great idea..and right now there are tunnel shells for that purpose sitting on top of the current tunnels under Chrystie st...but they will never be completed..since they do NOT FIT INTO ANY CURRENT PLANS THE MTA ENVISIONED.Sad ..isn't it..? |
