Which is why I like my idea better of building a new tunnel that would run first from Roosevelt Island to a northern tunnel for the SAS at 76th or 79th street, stopping in Manhattan at York-1st Avenues before going to the SAS. This could eventually be builtinto a super express in Queens that can used the never used upper level at Roosevelt Avenue. |
