It's on the lower end, since the C route doesn't run 10 peak tph, as I recall.The tricky part will be merges, and trying to schedule them so as to minimize conflicts, the trickier part being that there's more than one merge. They can play around with peak tph numbers, sure, but given all of the merge points, there are bound to be some delays, especially to the extent there are regular deviations from an efficient schedule. |
