Absolutely:The first thing that needs to be done is get this two-track stub portion of the SAS built, and if possible tack on the part of phase 2 that can have it open with the line going to 116th street instead of 96th (which would not be that expensive an addition given the portion of track north of 96th already built and the fact it cut the cost of doing the remainder of phase 2 later on). |
