Far Rock was always a Brooklyn line. I think they had 3 trains per hour going to Flatbush on weekends (Far Rock, Hempstead, Long Beach).They shifted Long Beach to Penn back in about 1996 or 1997. At that point they moved to 2 trains per hour going to Flatbush on weekends. Other than a few trains during the overnight period, Far Rockaway has never been a change at Valley Stream line (like West Hempstead). |
