So everyone should arrive 5 minutes early for a train that the LIRR will declare on time even if it shows up 10 minutes later than they arrived?Kinda sorta seems like a double standard -- We get to be 5 minutes late, you have to be 5 minutes early. When did Tom Coughlin take over the LIRR? |
