Not everyone takes the train every day. And not everyone who takes the train every day takes the same train every day.I think this is particularly true for late rush hour trains like the 9:03. Many people on that train probably take an earlier train most days but are on the 9:03 because they had specific business at home that morning. As such, they won't know they have to arrive at 9:00 to catch the 9:03. |
