"is that [West Shore] the line my 1930's era Erie RR map shows running to the east of the Pascack Valley line, terminating in Nyack?"The line that ended in Nyack was the NRRNJ (Erie) that lost its passenger trains in 1966. The West Shore is the still-active thru freight line, west of that; it lost its passenger trains in 1958-59. |
