I'm downloading it now.I remember reading a couple of years ago when a local group was applying for Federal money for an additional eastern extension of the gold line, that their original ridership estimates were rejected by the Feds. Evidently they were/are requiring more detailed justification for the statistics than they used to. Eventually new, lower numbers were submitted and approved. |
