That document won't load for me, but if they were predicting 3 million per day they weren't very realistic with their predictions.

The file is 112 MB it is a 986 page graph scan of the original typed FEIS,. Best viewed off line after downloading. The exact number quoted is 2,857,924.

Many of the folks that that prepared that document do not apologize for predicting those numbers.
