Also THIS comes into play..Section 1050.6 Use of the transit system. No person may perform any act which interferes with or may tend to interfere with the provision of transit service, obstructs or may tend to obstruct the flow of traffic on facilities or conveyances, or interferes with or may tend to interfere with the safe and efficient operation of the facilities or conveyances of the Authority. So If video taping or taking pictures interfers with operations its agaisnt the law correct? Now do you think people who takes pictures or films on the subway ALL follows that rule? If the T/O or C/R "safe operation" comes into play they have every right to put it on the radio, leave it in Controls Hands that way all bases are covered. Do Not confront the person... |
