Its not here its all over the country..Not a "localized" thing.. The trouble in NY is that photography is in fact not categorically banned. For whatever reason, some employees seem to think - I have to guess because they themselves have been taught that by supervision and supervision's supervision - photography is categorically not allowed. But this defect is easily corrected, and there's really no reason why it shouldn't be, while instructing people who photograph the system proper behavior. |
