I trust you know the NYC rule of "you can give ONE look to size someone up as a threat and NEVER make eye contact again?" Some folks are paranoid. That's why New Yorkers know where the sidewalk cracks are but never look up towards the grand piano falling from the sky. :)Sorry to hear of what happened, but it IS a rule ... you can make eye contact ONCE. Second time means you might be a homo. :( Just how it is. The person involved in your sitch might have been wanted for something. Like I said, lotsa paranoids in the city - that's why I decided I was too well to attend someone else's mentals. |
