Without ever breaking a law?Police file incident reports even if no one is charged with a crime - if they repeatedly have to respond to incidents you are involved in, the possibility exists that a file will be started. Also, I strongly doubt I'd ever work in NYCT. :( Many other jobs require background checks. |
