Both of you are exactly right. The place is still in use so it can't be too far gone.They've been trying to gut and renovate what was the tallest Hotel in Florida 80 years ago. Still see no work. Other buildings were too far gone, so was demolished. :( They don't make them like they used to. Cheaper to start over usually as far as I know.
