I do agree that we need to preserve small busness,And not by harrassing them by routinely giving them sanitation tickets when a piece of paper blows in front of their store, just to add revenue to the City's coffers. Tickets should be reserved to offenders that pose a health hazard by storing uncovered garbage, etc or have filthy alleyways. |
